This letter has been photocopied to the point of distortion; however, it is legible enough for one to determine that in past years Church authority claimed precedence over Scripture. We have not attempted to confirm its validity and have no reason to question its accuracy because there is a redundancy of authentic documentation from other sources that convey the same message.
